氢气临床研究论文汇总!果断收藏

最近接受一个任务,综述氢气医学,但是相关综述已经非常多,中文英文都有,角度不一样,也有许多重复的情况。但是发现一个趋势是2017年大量涌现的临床研究论文并没有受到足够重视,因此我就从这个角度写点文字,一是对整个领域有点贡献,二是也能完成规定动作任务。整理材料的过程中,获得这个临床研究论文列表,觉得十分十分重要,奉送给大家。许多内容我都有专门的介绍,如果需要,可以翻阅过去文章,实在找不到,如果许多人申请,我可以补充推送。
 

医学特别讲究证据,所以就有了循证医学。循证医学意为"遵循证据的医学",又称实证医学。核心思想是医疗决策,包括对病人的处理,改善指南和医疗政策的制定等,应在现有的最好的临床研究依据基础上作出,同时也重视结合个人的临床经验。其中核心就是最好的临床研究依据是什么,研究证据就有了品质高低之分,按照循证医学标准,不是研究水平高低,证据品质主要是能作为临床改善决策可靠度。
 

改善研究依据按质量和可靠程度大体可分为五级:

一级:按照特定病种的特定疗法收集所有质量可靠的随机对照试验后所作的系统评价或Meta分析。

二级:单个的样本量足够的随机对照试验结果。

三级:设有对照组但未用随机方法分组的研究。

四级:无对照的系列病例观察,其可靠性较上述两种降低。

五级:专家意见。在没有这些金标准的情况下,可依此使用其他级别的证据作为参考依据但应明确其可靠性依此降低,当以后出现更高级别的证据时就应尽快使用。
 

按照这样的标准,涉及人体的临床相关研究结果就非常宝贵。氢气医学10年来,发展十分迅速,不仅有1000篇学术论文发表,临床研究也有了相当数量和规模,研究质量也不断提高。这些临床研究有的发表了学术论文,有的没有发表论文,这里就公开的发表学术论文进行汇总,给氢气医学研究和产品开发的提供方便,将来随着更多文章的发表,我们每年都会对目录进行更新。
